- 2T unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 1c cold filtered water
- 1-2T Hemp Seeds (Grind Prior to adding into blender w/ a coffee grinder or just toss into the vitamix if you have a blender of this caliber)
- 1/2-1c Full Fat Coconut Milk (Don't be afraid to eat healthy full fats - they can help you lose weight)
- Add all ingredients into blender/vitamix as mentioned above and blend until smooth.
- Pour into your travel container or glass
