Chocotang Banana Smoothie

I did some IT(Intermittent) Fasting this morning for breakfast, and had left over beef stew for lunch. We have dinner late dinner plans w/ friends tonight.    I had few tangerines & 1 banana on hand so I thought why not make a delicious afternoon snack for my husband and I to hold us over until dinner.

Ingredients:
1 Medium Banana
3-4 Tangerines - Peeled
1/2t Vanilla Extract
2T Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2c Full Fat Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Ice

Directions:

  • Toss all ingredients into a high speed blender - Blend until Smooth
  • ENJOY!
