Nutrition Coaching

I offer one to one consultations with my clients in person, over the phone and via skype.  Together we can focus on your nutritional approach and work to introduce more real whole foods into your lifestyle and heal you from the inside out.  After your one to one consultations with me you should be able to take these new tools incorporate them into your day to day life.

Individual Nutritional Coaching Session - $100 for 1 Hr
  • Basic analysis of your food journal
    • 7 day food journal prior to visit is required. - Food Journal form can be emailed to you directly prior to staring your journal.
  • Initial recommendations 
  • Individualized follow up 5 day meal plan w/ recipes
4 Session Package - $300
  • Initial Intake Appointment (60-90 min) - Includes complete health history/intake form, Dietary Goals/Concerns, and review over your food journal.
    • 7 day Food Journal is required prior to our initial intake visit.  We can discuss this upon our initial 10-15 min preliminary phone call.  This form can be emailed over to you.
  • 3 Follow Up Appointments - Including the items listed below
    • Ongoing diet journal analysis
    • 3 - Individualized 5 day meal plan and recipes
    • Possible herbal/vitamin supplementation guidance
    • Follow up emails including diet/lifestyle/recipes/supplementation recommendations
    • Ongoing email and phone support while working together
8 Session Package - $500
  • Initial Intake Appointment (60-90 min) - Includes complete health history/intake form, Dietary Goals/Concerns, and review over your food journal.
    • 7 day Food Journal is required prior to our initial intake visit.  We can discuss this upon our initial 10-15 min preliminary phone call.  This form can be emailed over to you.
  • 7 Follow Up Appointments - Including the items listed below

    • Kitchen clean out
    • Grocery store/Farmers Market Walk
    • Possible herbal/vitamin supplementation guidance
    • Follow up emails including diet/lifestyle/recipes/supplementation recommendations
    • Ongoing email and phone support while working together
Additional Offerings:  

Kitchen Clean Out - Great option for those needing guidance on current food items in their household and whether or not they are helping or hindering their dietary goals & lifestyle changes.
  •  Together we will go through the food in your cupboards/freezer/fridge and read the labels and discuss why some are good/bad.
  • Depending on your established dietary approach - we may rid your household of food items that we find are no longer beneficial for your health changes.
  • Discuss what food items would be great staples for your kitchen and make life easier for you to meet and sustain your new lifestyle changes.
Grocery Store/Farmers Market Walk 
  • Includes 2 walks through grocery store with a cart/basket.  
    • 1 - Having you shop the store/market with items you would normally purchase.
      • We review the items and discuss why some of those choices might not be best and provide healthier whole food suggestions.
    • 2 -  We conduct a walk about together and pick whole food that work in conjunction with your new lifestyle.
    • Label reading and it's importance if buying packaged foods 
      • 5 Ingredients or less guide
Community/Business/Personal Workshops - Available for groups, brown bag luncheons, etc.  Please inquire within for pricing options and to discuss your idea.
  • Discussions on requested specific nutritional topic
  • General holistic overview on Eating 2 BEE Healthy 
  • Endurance athletes (novice or seasoned) - what/when to eat while training (example topic)
